Returns & Refunds

Because many SWC pieces are handmade, customised or one of one, custom and commissioned items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or materially different from what was agreed.

If a ready-made item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and photos.

Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method where possible. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds are issued in the same asset and network to an address you confirm in writing; network fees may apply.
